By emailing details for an upcoming shoot confirming time and location, you also accept these Terms and Conditions.
Payments are due within 30 days of invoice and can be made via personal check, Venmo @Trish-Hamilton-7, Paypal admin@trishhamilton.com (a 3% service charge applies) or Zelle hamilton_patrici@hotmail.com
A late fee of $35 applies when payment is not received by due date!
The image selection will be delivered 24-36 hrs after the shoot.
All images will be delivered in high-resolution and web sized for your listing's marketing needs.
The virtual tour for your listing will be linked to your MLS# for the time the listing is active, re-activation of listing requires a 50% fee of initial order. Please pay close attention to Rights and Licenses!
Cancellations:
No charges apply if canceled up to 24hrs prior the confirmed appointment.
Same day cancellations require a $75 charge. Unless cancellations are due to inclement weather.
Rights and Licenses:
The copyright to the images remains with the photographer.
Photographs are considered intellectual property of the creator, Photographer, by Title 17 of the United States Code, also referred to as Copyright Law, and this license does not indicate a transfer of ownership. Making multiple copies, uploading to the internet, and making prints is defined as reproductions of the original creation and is considered an infringement without a valid License agreement.
License to publicly display or reproduce images is granted to original Client (person ordering photography) for the duration of Property's listing under Client's name. Images are licensed to be reproduced only for the direct marketing of the property, I.e. Postcards and brochures/ flyers. If Property listing expires or is continued under subsequent Client, License becomes invalid. At no time may the License be sold, transferred, sub-licensed, or rented to a 3rd party not original Client.

Trish Hamilton - Photography grants Buyers the limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use Tour Gallery Content during the period of a property listing. When the listing contract ends, the Content is moved to an Archive. You may arrange to use Archive Content for purposes beyond the initial license agreement with Trish Hamilton - Photography by purchasing an extended use license.
